 "Sunset Pointe" is a lake front vacation home located on Lake Martin in Alabama. It is located around popular attractions, good eats, and fantastic fishing.  "Sunset Pointe" is equipped with 5-star amenities including an outside fire pit, outdoor sitting area, lower level queen-size bed swing, covered first level deck, covered parking, ice machine, pool table, wet bar, huge windows and french doors facing the lake, high end appliances and finishes, fully equipped laundry room, and a huge flat screen TV to watch all your favorite sports or shows.​
Each bedroom is furnished with a full suite of furniture, and plentiful closets. The upper floor is home to the master suite (with custom 5-piece bathroom), queen over queen bunk room, and additional full bathroom, and sitting area with two futon sleepers. Main floor is equipped with two king bedrooms, one full bath and one half bath, living room with TV, sleeper sofa, game room with bar, and patio deck.   The walk-out lower level is home to another bedroom featuring double full over full bunks with twin trundles and a full bathroom plus an additional common area living room that has a king+ sofa bed.
