We are located right on Lake Martin in Jackson's Gap, Alabama.

You can instant book a minimum 2-night rental in off  and peak seasons. We handle other reservations on a case-by-case basis depending on availability but can almost always make it work. We will respond to an inquiry within minutes most times, some of the time immediately.   

VERY! Our house was designed with all the comforts of home in mind. Fully stocked kitchens, premium furnishings, updated appliances, multiple TV's, coffee makers, extra linens… etc.   

Our prices are based on demand and seasonality. Please see calendar for pricing. 

Yes! No matter the time of year you can be assured that you will be staying in a climate controlled & comfortable environment.  

We will do our best. Most days there is someone checking in the same day there is a checkout but we try and go above and beyond if this is requested. There’s a $50 early check-in fee if we can accommodate.  

The privacy, lake-front access, and the sunsets from the firepit or deck. We pride ourselves in excellent customer service and we guarantee that your vacation will be one that you won't forget.  

Simply put - Out of our control. We can’t charge you more when the weather is perfect and we don’t charge you less when Mother Nature doesn’t cooperate. Rain in the forecast doesn’t effect your stay any more or less than your stay in a hotel. In fact, if you’re going to be cooped up due to weather, you might as well have a lake-front view! 

No(ISH)... Maybe, but unlikely. Don’t expect a price reduction unless it’s the slow season and you’re messaging about days within 1-4 days of check-in or you’re looking for a long-term stay in the off season (see next “Q”). If you message us with a booking that somewhat fits the criteria above and tell us a budget we can try and work with you.   

We have done long term rentals in the past. It is a 10% discount compared to the daily rate. From November through February we’re much more flexible depending on length of stay. It helps us to know your budget and we can tell you if we have anything that could work.  

Never. We don't allow smoking anywhere on our property.  

Only Registered service animals. Please contact us if you have questions about this. Please be prepared to present FULL documentation.   Occasionally, we do families to bring a single dog under 20lbs.  The pet fee for bringing your pet is $800.

Yes, IF it is pre-approved by the owner and the event fee is paid. Remember though, This is a place to relax and house rules must be followed at all times. 

Unfortunately, No. We do not have an elevator or ADA compliant ramp in the house and doors, entry ways, and showers are not ADA approved.  

Yes, you can park your car. There is room to park 5 cars on our property without affecting the landscape.  

** No. Boat and other water craft in pictures or housed at the home are not included **
